It all started with a simple belief: that great pizza demands real fire, real ingredients, and real craftsmanship. Anthony's coal fired pizza was born in Miami, Florida, out of a passion for the kind of pizza that leaves a lasting impression — charred crusts, bold toppings, and flavors that can only come from cooking at over 800°F in a coal-fired oven.

Our founder Anthony grew up watching his grandmother perfect her dough recipe, layering fresh tomato sauce and hand-pulled mozzarella on thin, crisp crusts. He carried that tradition to Miami and elevated it with the anthonys coal fired method — a technique that creates a uniquely smoky, caramelized exterior with a tender, flavorful interior unlike any conventional oven can produce.
